Doug Haley

Doug Haley is an experienced professional in the entertainment industry, currently serving as an Agent for On-Camera Commercials at Eris Talent Agency since June 2023. Doug co-founded BLU Talent Agency in February 2020, where a pivotal role was played as Partner and Co-Head of the On-Camera Commercial Department, overseeing representation for a diverse range of talents. With a significant background in casting, Doug has worked as a Casting Director for Doug Is Casting, LLC since January 2015, and previously for notable companies such as Shannon Makhanian Casting and Mark Summers Casting & Management. Doug's experience also includes production roles at FX Networks and in-house positions at 2K and Netflix, contributing to a comprehensive skill set in the industry. Doug’s education includes studies at the Los Angeles Film School and Clio High School.
