Jennifer C. Bailey

Jennifer C. Bailey is a seasoned patent attorney with over 20 years of experience in patent prosecution, post-grant examination, and intellectual property licensing. Currently serving as a Shareholder at Erise IP, P.A. since November 2013, Jennifer leads the patent prosecution department, specializing in electrical, software, and mechanical technologies. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Partner at Hovey Williams LLP from June 2002 to November 2013, where the focus also included patent prosecution and post-grant examination. Jennifer holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law (2001) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Tennessee at Martin (1998).
