Dr. Theo Steininger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2005, they worked as a Veranstaltungstechniker at Exg-media OHG. In 2007, they completed an internship at BMW AG. From 2011 to 2013, they served as a Studentische Hilfskraft and later as the Organisator und Leiter Ergänzungstutorium at Technische Universität München. In 2014, they joined Max Planck Institut Für Astrophysik as a Doktorand until 2018. Dr. Theo then became the Geschäftsführer and Co-Founder of IPT - Insight Perspective Technologies GmbH from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, they served as a Vorstandsmitglied at KulturIni Dingolfing from 2009 to 2020. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of Erium GmbH, a position they have held since February 2019.
Dr. Theo Steininger completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Kern-, Teilchen- und Astrophysik at the Technical University of Munich from 2009 to 2012. Dr. Theo then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in the same field at the same university from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their scientific education, Dr. Steininger also earned an Honours Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Bayerische EliteAkademie from 2011 to 2012.
