Brittany Langlois is a Safety Specialist at Erlab since March 2014, where responsibilities include achieving monthly filter sales quotas, managing the CRM database, customer communication, submitting quotes, and ensuring proper filter maintenance through lab analysis. Prior to Erlab, Brittany worked as a full-time teller at Salem Co-operative Bank from April 2010 to March 2014, managing customer transactions and balancing bank assets. Earlier experience includes a Sales Floor Associate position at Kmart Corporation, where duties involved customer assistance and inventory management. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Southern New Hampshire University, along with degrees in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and Northern Essex Community College.
