Julien FLAMANT is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and customer support within the industry sector. Currently serving as the Service Manager for France and Europe at Erlab since October 2018, Julien oversees the European Maintenance Teams, manages a network of Maintenance Partners, and develops training programs. The focus is on ensuring optimal safety, efficiency, and reliability of Erlab products while addressing customer concerns related to laboratory equipment maintenance. Prior to this role, Julien worked at NORMALAB FRANCE SAS from December 2004 to October 2018 as a hotline service client, assisting global distributors and key clients in the petroleum and mining industries, alongside creating various support documentation. Earlier experience includes working at Groupe SNEF from 2002 to 2004 as an intervenant in petrochemistry.
