Alison Lenn has extensive experience in management and operations, currently serving as the Office Manager at Erlang Solutions Ltd. since April 2004. In this role, Alison was instrumental in the company's growth from a startup to an 80-person team with multiple international offices. Responsibilities included establishing teams to manage invoicing, accounting, payroll, human resources, and other operational functions. Prior to this, Alison held the position of Deputy Manager/Manager at Blundells Nursery School from January 2001 to March 2004. Alison earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Birkbeck, University of London, between 2005 and 2009.
