Anthony D. McLin

Anthony D. McLin has a diverse work experience in various roles related to plant operations and facility management. Anthony D. started their career in 2005 as an Industrial Engineer at Shaw Industries, where they developed manufacturing methods and processes. Anthony D. then moved on to become a Facilities Manager, responsible for managing budgets and determining the useful life of building system components.

In 2012, McLin worked as a Facilities Manager at AdTech Ceramics, where they supervised maintenance and repair operations. Anthony D. later joined Shaw Industries again in 2014 as a Buildings and Grounds Superintendent, accountable for facility projects and ensuring technical performance and quality. Anthony D. also served as a Facilities Manager, overseeing building renovations and scheduling maintenance for multiple facilities.

In 2018, McLin became a Plant Manager at Piedmont Resin Supply, LLC, where they managed production, maintenance, and quality control. Their responsibilities included ensuring efficient and timely production of goods while maintaining quality standards.

Most recently, McLin worked as the Director of Plant Operations at Erlanger Health System in 2019. In this role, they coordinated and directed daily operations to meet hospital maintenance requirements and ensure patient safety. Anthony D. also developed and administered a preventive maintenance program for equipment and systems.

Throughout their career, McLin has demonstrated strong leadership, budget management, and technical expertise in facility and plant operations.

Anthony D. McLin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan University.
