Brandy Phillips

Brandy Phillips has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as a Desktop Support Specialist at Erlanger since November 2025. Prior to this role, Brandy worked at Mike Collins & Associates (MCA) as a Technical Customer Service representative from March 2018 to November 2025 and served as a Help Desk Specialist at Dalton Utilities from June 2013 to September 2017. Brandy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity from ITT Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from ITT Technical Institute-Chattanooga, both completed between 2007 and 2011.
