Eric Hales MBA, CEBS has a comprehensive work experience in the field of benefits and human resources. Eric currently serves as the Director of Benefits at Erlanger Health System. Prior to this, they worked at Lockton Companies as the Director of Human Resource Outsourcing, where they led a team of HR professionals in managing and administering benefits, compensation, rewards, and leave programs for various client organizations. Prior to that, they worked at RadioShack as the Director of Employee Benefits, overseeing the benefits and rewards transition during the company's downsizing, bankruptcy, and outsourcing phases. Eric also has experience in cost-saving strategies and vendor management. Earlier in their career, Eric held positions as the Director of Employee Benefits at Cook Children's Health Care System, where they played a key role in implementing a new HRIS system and improving employee benefits programs, and as the Director of Employee Benefits at the State of South Dakota, where they managed employee benefits and rewards systems for the largest employer in the state. Eric also worked as the Benefits Manager at Fazoli's, where they introduced a new employee compensation model and implemented a new EAP program.

Eric Hales holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business, which they completed from 1992 to 1994. Eric also obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University from 1993 to 1994. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from Brigham Young University, graduating in the period of 1984 to 1990. In addition to their academic qualifications, Hales has certifications as an Associate in Risk Management from The Institutes: Risk and Insurance Knowledge Group, and as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP).
