Mike Bettinger has extensive work experience in process improvement and quality analytics. Mike worked as the Director of Quality Analytics at Erlanger Health System from 2015 onwards, where they implemented benchmarking systems and managed nursing staff. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Process Improvement at Erlanger from 2002 to 2015, where they focused on mandatory improvement initiatives and implemented measurement systems. Additionally, Mike worked as a Performance Improvement Consultant at Premier Inc. from 2000 to 2002, where they led operational improvement initiatives. Mike started their career as a Senior Management Engineer at Battle Creek Health System from 1992 to 2000.
Mike Bettinger has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University.
