Tricia Ciliberto has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Tricia started their career in 1996 at Ocean City Home Bank, where they held the position of First Vice President and Director of Marketing for over 20 years until 2016. Tricia then joined OceanFirst Bank in 2017 as the Vice President of Digital Strategy and Innovation, responsible for developing strategies to migrate customers to digital banking channels, increasing digital adoption, and implementing digital marketing campaigns. In 2020, they moved to Marquis as the Vice President of Marketing Strategy before joining VeraBank in 2023 as the Senior Vice President and Data Analytics Manager.

Tricia Ciliberto completed their Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Advertising from Loyola University Maryland from 1989 to 1993. Tricia later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Marketing from Rutgers University - Camden between 1999 and 2001. Additionally, Tricia attended the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a Graduate School of Banking degree with a field of study in Banking.
