Susanna Edmondson has extensive experience in the field of provider recruiting. Susanna started their career as a Recruiter at Rockwood Clinic in July 2014 and worked there until June 2017. In August 2017, they joined Erlanger Health System as a Provider Recruiter and later progressed to the role of Director, Provider Recruiting in August 2022. Susanna is currently employed at Erlanger Health System in this capacity.

Susanna Edmondson earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from Cumberland University in the years 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication, General from Lee University between the years 2003-2007. Additionally, in September 2018, they obtained the CPRP certification from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment.
