Tripp Stephens has a diverse work experience spanning several positions in the healthcare and utility sectors. Tripp started as an Assistant Director of Plant Operations at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center before moving on to become the Vice President of Support Services at Southeast Georgia Health System. In this role, they oversaw operations across multiple facilities and led a major renovation and expansion project. Prior to that, they served as a Commissioner for the Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water and Sewer Commission, providing oversight and direction to the utility. Currently, Tripp holds the position of Vice President of Facilities, Construction & Support Services at Erlanger.

Tripp Stephens has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Georgia Southwestern State University, obtained from 2019 to 2021. Tripp also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the same university, earned from 1999 to 2009, with a focus on Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Additionally, Tripp completed the Leadership Institute program from the American Society for Healthcare Engineers between 2013 and 2017.
