Charisse Cruz

Charisse Cruz is an experienced professional in global learning and sustainable development, currently serving as Director of Global Learning and Capability Lead for Low Carbon Economy Transition at ERM: Environmental Resources Management since July 2022. Previously, Charisse held several roles at PwC from August 2019 to May 2022, including Senior Manager for Global ESG and Climate Change Upskilling and Global Senior Learning Strategist. Prior positions also include Digital Learning Project Manager at CrossKnowledge and Project Coordinator at the Commonwealth of Learning. Charisse's educational background includes an MSc in Conservation from UCL, a Master of Educational Technology from The University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
