The leadership team of ERM has experience in environmental management, consulting, contracting, and law. They have worked for companies such as CH2M HILL, CALSA S.A., DuPont, Danone, and BP. They have also been partners and faculty at organizations such as the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and The Gold Standard Foundation. The team's education is varied, with degrees in subjects such as business administration, law, engineering management, geology, and hydrogeology.
