Ian Treat

Ian Treat is a Managing Technical Consultant at ERM, where employment began in June 2021. Previously, Ian served as a Senior Consultant at the same firm. Prior to joining ERM, Ian worked at Antea Group from May 2017 to May 2021, holding various roles including Project Manager, Project Professional, and Staff Professional. Ian commenced a career in geology as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota Duluth from August 2015 to May 2017. Ian earned a Master’s Degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Minnesota Duluth (2015-2017) and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Wheaton College (2011-2015).
