Josh Adams

Josh Adams is an experienced environmental professional with a strong background in natural resource management and environmental permitting, particularly in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Partner at ERM since July 2023, Josh previously held the role of Natural Resource Team Lead at Stantec from January 2019 to July 2023, where leadership included managing environmental professionals and overseeing critical permitting efforts for renewable projects, pipeline development, and species compliance across the eastern U.S. Additionally, Josh's career includes roles at Copperhead Environmental Consulting, where responsibilities ranged from Director of Energy Services to Biologist, and a start in the field as a Bat Mist Net Team Leader at Environmental Solutions and Innovations Inc. Josh holds a B.S. in Natural Resource Conservation Management from the University of Kentucky.
