Joshua Flores

Joshua Flores serves as the Head of Alliances for Digital Services at ERM since January 2022, leading technology partnerships and managing relationships focused on EHS and sustainability. Prior to this role, Joshua held various leadership positions, including Digital Solutions - Global Sales Leader at Golder, where responsibilities included managing software partnerships and developing client strategies. Past experience also includes serving as Global Director - Key Pursuits at CH2M, Sales Director at Enviance, and other managerial roles at Rolls-Royce and Quantapoint. Joshua's career began at All Steel Fabrication Inc as a Sales Manager, catering to Department of Defense contractors. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Charleston.
