Lauren Vermilion

Lauren Vermilion, MPA, MS, is a Senior Environmental Specialist at GAI Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities include creating and submitting environmental permitting applications and generating resource reports for environmental assessments. Previous roles encompass management and fundraising for Clean Water Action, where Lauren significantly increased donor contributions and built organizational capacity, as well as serving as an Environmental Policy Advocate and Park Ranger for the City of Pittsburgh. Lauren has a strong background in research and data analysis, including work with UNOPS on vendor sustainability initiatives and a Master's degree in Environmental Policy. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University and a Master's degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry.
