Monica Wood

Monica Wood (nee Souza) is a Senior Ecologist at ERM since November 2023. Prior to this role, Monica gained extensive experience at Tetra Tech Europe from June 2018 to November 2023, where positions included Project Ecologist, Consultant Ecologist, and Assistant Ecologist. Earlier experience includes an internship as an Ecologist at EcoNorth from March 2017 to May 2018. Monica holds a Master's degree in Ecological Consultancy from Newcastle University (2015-2016) and a degree in Biology, specializing in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, from the University of Sussex (2012-2015).
