Silvian Baltac is a Partner at ERM, leading the Industrial Decarbonisation and CCUS team within the Sustainable Energy Solutions business unit. Previously, Silvian served as Principal Consultant and Associate Partner at Element Energy, contributing to strategic advisory in decarbonisation for public and private clients. Silvian’s early career included roles as a summer researcher at the University of Cambridge and as a commercial and R&D intern at Skytree. Silvian holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
