Tom Woollard is a Principal Partner at ERM: Environmental Resources Management, where a career spanning over 30 years includes leading the Sustainable Strategy & Transformation team and managing UK sustainability and climate change initiatives. Woollard has a proven track record as a strategic advisor on environmental, health, and safety (EHS) issues, utilizing a blend of technical knowledge and management consulting skills to tackle critical sustainability challenges for global clients. Prior experiences include positions at David Bellamy Associates, where Woollard served as a senior consultant on international conservation projects. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Ecology from Bristol University and a BSc in Ecology from the University of St Andrews.
