Udit Gupta

Udit Gupta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales operations, business management, and education. Currently serving as the Director of the Commercial Center of Excellence at ERM since March 2025, Udit leads efforts to integrate sales, marketing, content, analytics, and branding into a cohesive unit focused on innovation and collaboration. Previously, Udit held the position of Sales Operations Leader at Rockwell Automation, where a Sales Operations Center of Excellence was established, driving a commitment to excellence and growth. With a background in academia as a visiting professor at Delhi Technological University, Udit taught Service Management and Internet Business Models, emphasizing practical insights for executive MBA students. Udit's prior roles include managerial positions at Adobe, IPsoft, and DXC Technology, contributing to significant improvements in sales and operational processes. Udit holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from Delhi School of Management and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from Punjab Technical University.
