Deb Hurt is the Chief of Staff at ERMCO-ECI, where they lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. With a robust background in Environment, Health, and Safety, they previously held the role of Director of Integration Management, managing complex projects to improve performance. Deb has also served as EHS Manager at various organizations, including Briggs & Stratton and Sara Lee, where they implemented successful safety programs. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Murray State University. Outside of work, Deb enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
