Lyn Wexler

Lyn Wexler is the Director of Business Development and Customer Engagement at ERMCO-ECI, where they focus on transforming organizations through scalable strategies that enhance customer experiences. With a strong background in sales operations and enablement, Lyn has held senior roles at companies such as True Value Company and BlackHawk Industrial, developing processes and training programs that drive efficiencies and growth. They started their career at IRI as a Training Associate and climbed to the position of Director of Six Sigma PMO, where they led global process improvement initiatives. Lyn is currently pursuing a Master’s degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign while holding a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Kansas.
