Cedric Dashiell

Cedric Dashiell has a deep-seated passion for developing talent and giving back. His ability to identify individual strengths and put people in a position where they can thrive is a key part of how he supports his team and the Ernest clients. While most recently he was a top-five sales manager for a national supply company, he started his career leading a nonprofit that helped young athletes get into college, often with a full scholarship.
