Philip Lafata

Philip LaFata is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and client relations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Relations at Ernest since October 2024, Philip previously held the position of Vice President of Sales at Orion Group from February 2023 to October 2024. Prior to that, Philip spent nearly a decade at Aramark Uniform Services, where a career progression from Account Executive to Director of Sales showcased expertise in sales management. In addition to corporate roles, Philip served as the Head Golf Coach at Simpson University, developing and managing both the men's and women's golf programs. Philip began a professional career in golf as a Golf Professional at Riverview Golf & Country Club, gaining skills in operations, membership management, and event administration. Philip earned a Bachelor's degree in Literature from Jessup University in 2011.
