Ernesta
Britt Tapsall has extensive experience in graphic design and customer care. From 2013 to the present, Britt has been self-employed, offering services such as art direction and graphic design for mobile applications, publications, presentations, and film projects. From 2023, Britt will be working as a Design Expert and Customer Care representative at Ernesta Inc. Prior to self-employment, Britt worked as a Contract Account Specialist, Virtual Studio Account Executive, and Client Care Representative at Design Within Reach from 2016 to 2020. Before that, Britt held positions as a Graphic Designer at Daily Racing Form in 2015, as a Graphic Design Intern at The Conspiracy NYC in 2012, and as a Graphic Designer at Kanine Records in 2011. In 2010, Britt served as a Graphic Design Intern at E + M Media where their responsibilities included designing promotional materials for clients such as brochures, business cards, web advertisements, and commercial editing.
Britt Tapsall completed their Bachelor's Degree in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School. Britt attended from 2009 to 2013. In 2012, they also briefly studied Graphic Design at Chelsea College of Art and Design.

Ernesta is on a mission to bring gorgeous, design-focused custom rugs to homes and places of gathering through an enjoyable, frictionless, and affordable experience. At the same price as a store-bought standard-sized rug, a custom-cut rug from Ernesta will not only be a better fit, but also a better buying experience. We believe that high-quality custom design shouldn't be out of reach for consumers and we aim to address this need in the multi-billion dollar global rug industry.
