Marie-Hélène Lamarche

Marie H. is an experienced researcher with a strong background in user experience and design research. Currently serving as a User Researcher at Insights since January 2023, Marie previously held positions such as Senior UX Researcher at Voicemod and Senior Design Researcher at Vodafone. With a focus on service design and innovation, Marie worked as a Service Design & Innovation Researcher at Skills Development Scotland. Additional roles include Social Researcher at The Lennox Partnership and Field Researcher at Toonspeak Young People's Theatre. Marie's career began in project management at the Prague International Advertising Festival. Academically, Marie earned a Master of Science in Research & Strategy from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Social Sciences from Charles University.
