Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant and PM Certified eClinicalworks Trainer at Ero Health

Michelle Murphy has worked in the medical field since 2006. Michelle began their career as a Financial Coordinator-Internal Medicine at St. John's Medical Center in 2006 and then moved to Mercy Medical Center (formerly Saint John's Mercy Medical Center) in 2007, where they served as a Practice Coordinator-Orthopaedic Trauma. In 2009, they joined Precision Practice Management as a Revenue Cycle Manager, where they completed and managed new client implementations into new practice management software(s) and held strong Client Relations skills with all their clients. In 2015, they became the Revenue Cycle Manager at Advanced Bone & Joint. Currently, Michelle works at Curas Physicians Trust (now Ero Health) as a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant and PM Certified eClinicalworks Trainer and an eClinicalWorks (eCW) Billing Specialist and Certified Practice Management Trainer.

Michelle Murphy has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, which they obtained between 2002 and 2006. Michelle also attended Saint Louis Community College-Forest Park in 2009, but did not obtain a degree. Between 2001 and 2003, they attended Saint Louis Community College-Florissant Valley and studied Mass Communication/Media Studies. In addition, Murphy has obtained various certifications, including eClinicalWorks Practice Management Trainer from eClinicalWorks in 2016, HIPAA Business Associates Training from Live Compliance in 2021, HIPAA Business Associate from Live Compliance in 2019, HIPAA Compliance from Live Compliance in 2019, HIPAA Business Associate Training from Live Compliance in 2018, and Certified HIPAA Associate Workforce member (CHAM) from Live Compliance.
