Thaddeus Swan M.a., Rpa

Thaddeus Swan, M.A., RPA, currently serves as Project Cultural Resource Specialist at ERO Resources Corporation, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Thaddeus was the Lead Archaeologist at Sol Solutions, LLC from May 2019 to December 2022, where responsibilities included cultural resource investigations and site protection monitoring for the Fort Carson Cultural Resources Management Program. Thaddeus has extensive archaeological experience, beginning as an Archaeologist at Stell Environmental Enterprises, Inc. from 2012 to 2016, and has held various roles at ICI Services, Whitetail Environmental LLC, and Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education, all involving significant contributions to archaeological project management and cultural resource assessments. Education includes a Master of Arts in Applied Geography with a specialization in Archaeology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Additionally, Thaddeus has certifications as an Emergency Medical Technician from multiple institutions and engaged in emergency medical services earlier in the career.
