Sasha Matveiciuc

Sasha Matveiciuc is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and customer success. Currently serving as a Process Improvement Specialist and Project Administrator & Salesforce Trainer at EROAD since October 2021, Sasha also contributes to Qwerty.cards in a customer success role. Previous experience includes operations supervision at VFS Global from September 2019 to October 2021 and front-of-house positions at Coffix NZ Limited and Grand Millennium Auckland. Sasha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Cornell Institute of Business and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Slavic University of Moldova.
