Umesh Chaudhary

Umesh Chaudhary has a diverse work experience in various companies and positions. Umesh is currently the Head of Human Resources at Eros Group, where their responsibilities include recruitment, employee development, HR digitization, and general administration. Prior to this, they worked at Jaina India Private Limited as the Head of Human Resources, where they focused on enhancing HR processes and practices for the company's various businesses. Umesh also has experience as the General Manager and Head of Human Resources at RITUWEARS, where they set up the HR division, developed policies, and made process improvements. Umesh has worked in other companies such as Reliance Retail Limited, Kanpur Tractors Limited, and Protech Biosystems in HR and administration roles, where they were involved in setting up HR practices, coordinating with regional teams, and ensuring training effectiveness.

- From 2006 to 2007, they studied at Annamalai University and obtained an M. Phil degree in Human Resources.
