Ashish Lavaniya

Ashish Lavaniya has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Ashish most recently worked at EROS Technologies Inc, starting in July 2022, where they held the position of VP- Business Development & Sales. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Manager- Accounts & Delivery at the same company starting in September 2019. Ashish also served as an Account Manager- Talent Acquisition from June 2017 to September 2019 and as an Associate Manager/ Team Lead from January 2016 to June 2017 at EROS Technologies Inc.

Before joining EROS Technologies Inc, Ashish worked as a Sr. Executive at Enterprise Solutions Inc. starting in July 2015 and ending in January 2016. Ashish also held the role of Talent Acquisition at Saviance Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from May 2013 to June 2015.

In their earlier career, Ashish worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at Ventures Unlimited Inc from April 2012 to April 2013. Ashish'sresponsibilities included sourcing and screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with clients.

Ashish Lavaniya obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Mangalayatan University, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
