Quentin Dewitt

Quentin has been in the Information Technology business for over 20 years. He has led teams as a Director of IT, brought innovative products to market as a Product Manager, and led large teams as a Director of Technical Support. He got his start building PCs, testing hardware, and working in telecommunications. From there he went on to ISPs, Technical Support, Customer Service, Systems Administration, Product Management, and Director level positions in the Software Technology field. Today, he provides leadership and guidance to our consulting team through a wide variety of technical knowledge, experience, and skills, along with being a Microsoft Certified Professional, Administrator, Systems Engineer, and experienced consultant in the ERP space. He has nine certifications in the IT industry.

Quentin serves as our Director of Consulting, providing senior technical guidance to our entire delivery team, and, as an EAG Executive, provides administrative support for running the Consulting Division. He’s also a Director, our most senior level consultant who serves as a project lead on our most technical projects. Quentin is a Certified EAG Needs Analysis and Certified EAG Selection, Consultant. In his many years at EAG, Quentin, or “Q” as he is known, has served clients across a wide breadth of industries including Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution, eCommerce, Financial Services, Professional Services, Energy, and Engineering. Additionally, he’s developed deep subject matter expertise in Construction, Services, Manufacturing, Public Safety, Nonprofits, and Field Services from working on clients' Needs Analysis, Selections, and Implementations in those industries.

During Quentin’s tenure at EAG, he has consulted on over 75 needs analysis and software selections. He has been involved in hundreds of software demonstrations, continuously expanding his knowledge on product offerings, industry-specific solutions, and market trends. He readily knows the differentiators for all the viable ERP products and how they suit each industry. He also knows hundreds of resources across all the partner channels. He has successfully negotiated tens of millions of dollars in software and implementation partner contracts.

In addition to dozens of successfully finalized software selections, Q has facilitated over 50 successful go-lives across most major industries. In overseeing such a large number of go-lives, Q has developed the deep knowledge and experience our clients need for trusting that their most risky initiative, their ERP implementation, will be successful. Q oversees the Project Manager, the Data Migration Technical Team, the vendors, the implementation partners, as well as the client staff to ensure all streams of work are synchronized for delivering a configured and tested product to the broader client personnel for training and go-live. His jovial personality and genuine friendliness rapidly win over his client teams, paving the way for a successful client relationship.
