With a background in engineering and computer systems, Serghino has held various roles in IT and project management, including roles at Manulife Financial, Inovestor Inc., PCO Innovation, Transat A.T, and It-Ration. Serghino's expertise lies in implementing, customizing, and supporting cloud-based business solutions, as well as analyzing business needs and providing recommendations for system adaptations. Serghino holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and a DEC in Computer & Digital Systems. Additionally, Serghino has obtained certification in Insurance Fundamentals.
