Lauren Callaway

Lauren Callaway is a Principal Consultant for HCM, Reporting, Learning, Data Conversion, and Recruiting at ERPA since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lauren served as a Managing Consultant in Data Conversion at Cognizant from September 2023 to January 2024, following the acquisition of OneSource Virtual by Collaborative Solutions, where Lauren also held the same title from January 2023 to August 2023. Lauren's career began at OneSource Virtual in September 2018, progressing from Analyst to Senior Analyst and ultimately to Managing Consultant, all in HCM and Data Conversion. Other professional experiences include roles at Caliber Home Loans, Nationstar Mortgage, Nordstrom, Gucci, and fab'rik Atlanta. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Christian University.
