Candie Stroope has a long and varied career in customer service, beginning in 1973 with Raychem Corporation as an IT and Customer Service employee. Candie then moved to Unum in 2002 as a Customer Service Manager, followed by a role as Inside Sales Manager at Finisar Corporation in 2005. In 2007, they began working at Lam Research, where they served as North America Spares Manager, Program Manager, and Spares Customer Service Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Errand Solutions LLC as a Retired employee before transitioning to their current role as Corporate Concierge Support at LYLA (fka Errand Solutions) in 2021.
Candie Stroope attended the University of Phoenix from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
