Heather Wollenburg, CIH, CSP, PMP, is a seasoned Project Manager and Corporate Safety Manager with extensive experience in environmental health and safety management. They began their career as a Penguin Zookeeper at Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquarium and later held various roles at Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc., where they became the Corporate Health and Safety Manager for Department of Defense projects after achieving their CSP certification. Currently, they manage a $7 million EPA Superfund project and are pursuing a Master of Applied Science in Environmental Management and Information Systems at the University of Denver. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Biology from Creighton University and has completed graduate courses in Occupational Health and Safety from Columbia Southern University.
