Sandra Forbes

Sandra joined ESMS in 2019 and currently serves as Head of HR. In her 20-year career in human resources, Sandra’s experience spans both consulting and corporate environments. Prior to joining ESMS, Sandra served as an HR consultant, supporting both mature and start-up organisations in the higher education, local government, energy, aviation, and charity sectors. She provided clients with short- and long-term HR consulting areas supporting the full employee life cycle: specialising in talent management, succession planning, policy and procedure development, employee relations, and performance management.
