Rita Pollozhani

Rita Pollozhani serves as the Head of the HR Department at Erste Asset Management GmbH since January 2013, while also functioning as an HR Business Partner at Erste Asset Management - Erste Group Bank AG since January 2012. In addition, Rita has been a New Partner and Curator at TEDx Vienna since January 2011. Previous roles include Competency and Performance Management at Erste Group Bank, Executive Project Manager at sVersicherung, Associate at P!Solutions Consulting, and Human Rights Assistant at the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe. Rita holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from ISM - International School of Management, an MBA from The Open University, a BA in International Relations and Management from Webster Vienna Private University, and a Diploma in International Affairs from the University of Vienna.
