Agnes Matis

Agnes Matis, PRM, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Agnes began their career as a Trainee at Banque Indosuez Luxembourg in 1997. Agnes then moved on to Erste Bank Hungary, where they held various leadership roles. From 1998 to 2008, they served as the Head of MidOffice and later as the Project Portfolio Manager and Head of Controlling Treasury & Market Risk. In 2008, they became the Head of Asset-Liability Management until 2015 when they were promoted to Head of Enterprisewide Risk Management Department. Their most recent role at Erste Bank Hungary was as the Head of Strategic Risk Management Directorate from November 2016. Agnes Matis's experience showcases their expertise in risk management, strategic planning, and leadership.

Agnes Matis, PRM has a diverse education history. Agnes obtained their MBA in Economics from the Université catholique de Louvain in 1999. Agnes also earned another MBA degree from Corvinus University of Budapest in 1999, specializing in Economics, Finances, and Actuarian Science. Agnes holds a B.Sc. degree in Informatics from Gábor Dénes College. Additionally, they attended Coach Akademia from 2019 to 2021 for business coaching. Agnes has various certifications, including Prompt Engineering Specialisation from Vanderbilt University, Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from Coach Akademia, and Professional Risk Manager from PRMIA - Professional Risk Managers' International Association.
