Attila O. Szabo has a strong background in risk management and analytics. Attila started their career as a Commercial Risk Analyst at Dresdner Bank ZAO in 2004. From there, they moved on to Budapest Lízing where they held various roles including Retail Risk Analyst, Head of Retail Risk Analytics, and Head of Risk Management. In 2012, Attila joined Erste Group where they served as CEE Risk Analytics Leader and Deputy Head of Group Portfolio Steering. Currently, they are working as the Head of Retail Risk at Erste Bank Hungary.
Attila O. Szabo holds an MSc degree in Electric Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, which they completed during the period from 1994 to 2000. Attila also has an MA degree in Econometrics from Corvinus University of Budapest, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004. In 2019, they obtained a certification in the "Being Innovative in the Digital Age Programme" from IMD Business School.
