Marek Valencak

Marek Valencak is a seasoned professional in technology solutions, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Manager at Erste Digital since August 2025. Previously, Marek held various roles at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia, including Product Owner and Application Manager, from August 2015 to August 2025. Prior experience includes serving as a Service Delivery Manager at IBM for a brief period and as a Technical Solutions Manager at T-Systems International from September 2006 to April 2015. Marek's expertise encompasses customer communication, incident management, change and problem-solving, resource planning, cost efficiency solutions, application monitoring and reporting, and project leadership in areas including cloud computing. Marek holds a degree from TU Kosice, complemented by a high school education in mathematics, physics, and informatics from Gymnazium Srobarova 1 in Kosice.
