Zahari B Zakaria

Zahari B Zakaria currently serves as the Manager of Global Mobility Solutions - International and Head of Talent Acquisition at PETRONAS, where responsibilities include talent sourcing, screening, selection, and overseeing recruitment activities through to onboarding. Previously, Zahari held the position of Manager for Talent Sourcing at PETRONAS LNG Sdn Bhd and served as HR Manager, managing the HR department for three companies. Earlier experience includes managing HR Services and Employee Relations at Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd and holding an executive role in Planning and Development at PETRONAS Fertilizer (Kedah) Sdn Bhd. Zahari earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 1995 and 1997.
