Cornelia Schwaminger

Cornelia Schwaminger currently serves as the Global Head of Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition at Erste Group Bank AG, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Cornelia worked at &US as Director of Growth Consulting - Employer Branding from February 2024 to July 2025, and at BDO Austria for nearly a decade, where roles included Director, Head of Recruiting & Employer Branding, and Senior Manager, Head of Executive Search. Additional experience includes leadership in international HR at DO & CO AG and roles in recruiting and marketing at Verbund, the European Parliament, and Accenture. Cornelia holds a Master of Arts in Public Relations and a Magister in International Business Administration from the University of Vienna.
