Dr. Anca-Georgiana Fodor

Dr. Anca-Georgiana Fodor currently serves as the Data Governance Manager at Erste Group, a role held since March 2017. Previously, Dr. Fodor worked at BCR for over 14 years, where positions included Head of Retail Performance Management, Supervisor of Budgeting and Sales Monitoring, and Analyst in Retail Budgeting and Sales Monitoring. Key responsibilities encompassed designing sales incentive schemes, coordinating retail sales target settings, and managing budgeting processes. Earlier experience includes contributions as a Software Developer at the Ministry of Administration and Interior, where development of the National Information System for Romanian Passports was a primary focus. Dr. Fodor holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
