Laszlo Pal

Laszlo Pal is an experienced financial professional currently serving as a Senior Risk Controller at Erste Group since March 2017, with expertise in IFRS 9, impairment, and risk costs. Prior to this role, Laszlo held the position of Head of Operational Risk Management at Erste Bank Hungary, where responsibilities included managing various risks and leading non-financial risk initiatives, as well as serving as a Senior Operational Risk Manager. Earlier experience includes working as an Operational Risk Manager at CIB Bank and a Workout Manager.
