Oana Aganencei has over 15 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving in various roles at Erste Group Bank AG since March 2017, including Corporate Steering & Business Development and Business & Executive Support Manager for Large Corporates. Prior experience includes working at BCR Payments Services from November 2007 to December 2014, where Oana held positions such as Financial-Banking Expert and Supervisor in the Administration & Investigation Department. Oana holds a Master's degree in Finance/Banking and a Bachelor's degree in Finance/Banking, both from Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu.
