Sabine Bothe

Sabine Bothe has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sabine currently serves as the Global Head of People & Culture at Erste Group Bank AG. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President at Deutsche Telekom, where they were a member of the Business Leader Team and led the Employee Journey. Before joining Deutsche Telekom, they worked as the Geschäftsführerin HR at Magenta Telekom. Additionally, they held leadership positions at A1 Telekom Austria AG, where they served as the Senior Director of HR & Interne Kommunikation, and at Compass Group Deutschland GmbH as the HR Director Group. Sabine also gained experience at Lufthansa as a Teamleiterin HR.

Sabine Bothe completed their Erstes und Zweites Juristisches Staatsexamen in Jura at the University of Mannheim from 1992 to 1999. Sabine then pursued their doctoral degree in Rechtswissenschaften under the guidance of Professor Scherner at the same institution from 1997 to 2002.
